This machine is mainly used to make surface treatment of Metal plate or film PC, which can deal the surface with both straightened wire and cut wire lines. It is quite popular in electrical surface treatment of aluminum ceiling drawing, electronics panel (such as Cell Phone, MP3, DVD), the phone keypad or brushed shell. With effective clearing of the adhesive residue impurities on surface before the printing base coating, it increases the adhesion of ink. By using of non-woven nylon brush wheel, the printing effect is homogeneous. Also this machine can be matched with washing and drying machine series, which would reduce the scratches during the cleaning process.
